Ingredients
Gnocchi from 200 g potato dough mixture (preferably cooled off) |
1 TBSP olive oil |
2 TBSP butter |
1 larger carrot |
1/4 celery |
About 10 cm leek |
Handful of parsley stalks |
1 can quality tuna in oil |
Seasoning: salt, pepper, lemon juice, sour cream |
How to prepare
Grill the gnocchi on olive oil while preparing the vegetables. Roast the chopped leek and the coarsely grated carrot and celery on butter. Add the tuna to the roasted vegetables and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. You can ad 1-2 TBSP of sour cream. Lastly, add the grilled gnocchi and the chopped parsley into the mix.
