Ingredients

300 g NOMIX gluten-free flour

270 g caster sugar

210 g fat (Hera, butter)

100 ml hot water

6 eggs

1 package baking powder

2-3 TBSP cocoa

lemon peel

 

How to prepare

Separate the yolks from the egg whites. Beat the sugar with softened fat gradually adding the yolks and water. Add Nomix mixed with the baking powder into the substance. Whip the egg whites into firm snow (with a pinch of salt) and carefully process it into the dough. Pour 2/3 of the dough into a greased and dusted form. Carefully mix the sifted cocoa into the remaining third of the dough and add it into the form. You can use a fork to mix the two doughs (as much as you like). Bake slowly in a preheated oven at 160 °C for about 50-60 minutes.
