Ingredients

400g potato dough mixture
cca 1 l milk (can be replaced by water)
2-3 eggs
4 cloves garlic
marjoram, caraway, pepper, salt

 

How to prepare

Prepare the potato pancake dough following the recipe and season to you liking. The dough should have paste-like properties. Spread it on heated fat and fry until golden.

 

The ready dough can be stored in a fridge for a couple of hours. The potato pancakes can serve as a main course or a side dish to vegetables for example.
