Ingredients

360 g Nomix gluten-free flour
40 g fine corn flour
160 g fat (butter, Hera)
130 g powdered sugar (incl. vanilla)
80 ml (g) milk
1 egg
ca. 4 g baking powder
lemon peel

zesty jam to glue with
plain chocolate for decorating

 

How to prepare

Beat the butter with the sugar adding the whipped egg gradually. Mix the dry ingredients and add them into the beaten substance alternating with the milk. Knead well. Place the dough into a pastry bag and use a decorating tip to squeeze sticks (“bananas”), crescent, or kisses onto a baking tray.

 

Bake at 160 °C for about 12 minutes until rosy (depends on the size as well). When cooled off, use the jam to glue two pieces together. You can further decorate the sticks with chocolate icing.
