Ingredients

200 g potato dough mixture

200 g potatoes (finely grated)
250 g water
a large pinch of salt 

 

How to prepare

Mix the ingredients, let stand for about 10 minutes and knead well once again. Form balls of about 4-5 cm diameter and place them into boiling water. Cook for about 15 minutes, remove from water and let tighten before serving. Stuffed dumplings are suitable as a side dish to numerous traditional Czech dishes.
