Ingredients

300 g Nomix gluten-free flour
180 ml water
1 egg
15 g yeast
1,8 g sugar 
1,8 g salt

 

How to prepare

Combine all of the ingredients and knead a supple dough. Keep kneading for about 8 minutes. As soon as the flours in the mixture rise a little, adjust the consistency by adding water or flour. Let stand for a couple of minutes and form immediately. Form the dough using greased palms only. Roll symmetrical dumplings (about 5 cm diameter) and let them rise under a dishcloth. The rising time depends on the ambient temperature and humidity. Carefully place the well risen dumplings on a greased steamer and steam cook them under a pot lid for about 20-25 minutes. You can smear the ready dumplings with oil.
